Warranty Policy

All circuit boards, consoles, vapor motors, and pulsers are warranted to be free from defect for one year from the date of installation. All cash drawers and membrane keypads are warranted to be free from defect for 6 months from the installation date. All in-the-pump printers are warranted to be free from defect for 120 days from the date of installation. All POS printers are warranted to be free from defect for 90 days, also from the installation date. Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of the original part only. There is no allowance for labor or mileage. Warranty items will be repaired at no charge. Freight charges will also be covered for UPS ground warranty shipments. This warranty will not apply to items that have been damaged by liquid spills, customer abuse, acts of God, improper installation, or damage in shipment.

Freedom Electronics OEM Resale parts are warranted by the manufacturers original warranty, which Freedom Electronics passes on to the purchaser.   If the OEM refuses to cover the warranty of a requested part, Freedom will invoice the customer for any replacement part already supplied by Freedom.

Core Policy

Cores must be in rebuildable condition and are on a like-for-like basis. Our normal exchange price will be charged when a core is received with your order. When possible, we will send our repaired unit in advance of receiving your core. Cores owed notices will be sent at 30 and 60 days from date of shipment.  If a rebuildable core has not been returned after 90 days, we will invoice for core amount.  If core has not been returned or core invoice has not been paid within 30 days of core invoice date, customer will be placed on credit hold.  To return cores 31-180 days after the core invoice date, you must receive prior approval before sending cores to ensure any amount of credit. To streamline the core exchange process please enroll in the Enhanced Core Management program.

Freight Policy

Freedom Electronics will ship your order UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipment charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Credit Terms

It is our policy to request a credit card from new customers. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Our general credit terms are NET 30. Customers that meet minimum volume rates are eligible to establish credit terms. Higher volume rates may qualify for 2% discount that may only be taken when payment is made within 10 days of invoice.  Accounts may be placed on a COD-only basis if payment becomes consistently slow.  

Return Policy

Unused, still in sealed box rebuilt items may be returned for full credit up to 12 months after invoice date.  Opened, unused rebuilt items may be returned within 12 months after invoice date but will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.  OEM resale parts may not be returned.

The Fine Print
All prices listed are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to determine whether any returned core is beyond economical repair. We also reserve the right to bill for missing or damaged components on returned cores. Unless otherwise noted, all items are remanufactured OEM parts and have not been endorsed or certified by the original equipment manufacturer. Any OEM trademark or part number is shown for identification purposes only.
